The front desk staff, Pom and Flash, gave excellent service and provided helpful information. The hotel's location near the bts station made city travel very convenient. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden area. The room was clean, and the pool, fitness center, and spa were very good. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection with both eastern and western options. I found a wonderful array of fresh fruits available each day. The bed provided excellent comfort, while the large bathroom included good storage and a useful usb port next to the bed.
The room looked a little tired.

The swimming pool is quite relaxing. There is also a fitness center offering modern equipment.. spa treatments are available seeking extra relaxation and rejuvenation.

The hotel enjoys close proximity to the bts phaya thai station. This provides excellent access to many areas. A seven-eleven is also conveniently located a short walk from the premises.

The breakfast buffet had so many options. I really loved it. the location was convenient, close to public transport options. the super nice team with directions. Made getting around so much easier.
The gym equipment looked quite old and a bit rusty, it needs updating. i could hear a lot of noise from the traffic outside even on a higher floor. It was hard to sleep well. my room's tv had some channels that didn't work. I wish they had fixed it sooner.

Wonderful Stay Thanks to Excellent Service

I was very grateful for the kind staff. BIM's excellent service stood out, along with a very clean room. My children received nice presents, and the swimming pool was very enjoyable. The hotel's location is near the train station which offers easy access to the airport and BTS.

The location is really convenient, a very short walk to the train station. my room was quite clean and spacious. This suited my needs perfectly. i enjoyed the great breakfast that included thai, chinese, and international food (especially the noodles!). the self-service espresso machine was a nice addition.
